Contacting Co op selling agent

Post Body

Anyone else having trouble getting ahold of selling agents? We’ve rented in the city, but this is our first time buying. We’ve looked at a few co ops, we have a broker, a lawyer, and a pre-approval letter from a lender. We got denied from the first place we applied at because the co op had a rule about selling a house out of state. So that was a bummer. But now we’ve got our eye on another place and the selling agent won’t get back to our broker or to us. I can’t figure out why they’d have any reason not to respond. We qualify and we have cash ready for a down payment and liquidity. I’m just curious if anyone has any thoughts on this? Again, we’ve never bought in the city before so maybe we’re just missing something. We’re looking in upper Manhattan.
