So, just wondering what I can expect to happen in this situation. A man two units above me in the West village has been throwing trash onto my fire escape and I just learned today that the screaming during the night near my building is actually him from his window calling families walking by slurs like bitches and f***ots.

I'm really upset to learn I share a 20 unit building with this guy. I called the cops after his outbursts today, and am informing management who must already know, but if he's doing it from his own unit, I know that can complicate things. Anybody have any advice on next steps I could take? / Similar experiences? I just feel a bit less safe in my building after learning this.
