Where to find reliable guarantors?

I’m currently living with family in NYC , but want to move out for my own freedom.
As of now : Salary : $42,000 Debts : Student loans $14,000 CC: $2,200 each with monthly payments of $150 Credit Score: 650
Both of my grandmas are retired, my mom makes roughly between $50-$55k a year, my dad is self-employed. They all live in NYC too. I know this isn’t an ideal situation that landlords look for in a guarantor.
