Office moving to World Trade Center, where would be a good place to move to that's under 30 min commute?

Company is moving both my fiancee and I's (work for same comp) office to WTC 1 next year. Where is an ideal place for a couple in their mid 30s with no kids to move to that would be an under 30 min commute? We are looking to stay under $2500 for rent.
