Know of any deaf friendly hairstylists and manicurists?

I'm looking for places to get my hair and nails done at regularly, but I prefer someone I'm able to communicate with without worrying about them screwing my hair up or whatever. I'd love it if they're on Staten Island, but I'm open to NYC area. :)
