Hey NYC folks,
I’ll be visiting NYC this weekend with my parents and would love some advice on things to see by car. My dad is an older guy with limited mobility, and public transportation would cause him significant discomfort due to his health condition, so we won’t be able to use subways or extensive walking routes. That said, I’d love to show him some great sights around the city—maybe even Manhattan, if it’s doable by car.
We have very limited time, as we’re landing in NYC tomorrow at 2 p.m. and departing Sunday at noon. We’ll be staying near JFK Airport for convenience, so I’m looking for suggestions on scenic drives, iconic landmarks we can see from the car, or spots where we can park briefly to take in the view without much walking.
Thanks in advance!
