What’s the reason a lot of very popular and renowned restaurants shut down?
Post Body

So, I’m not a New Yorker, neither been there (would love to) but I watch a lot of shows NYC based (SATC, Gossip Girl, RHONY) and they’re pretty good on details and they mention a lot of restaurants that nowadays are closed, i.e. DB Bistro, Angelica Kitchen, La Grenouille, Le Cirque, Schiller’s just name a very few. Some I get they closed during COVID but there’s also a lot more that closed before that. Just wondering why since these shows made them sound like they were pretty important, far than IT places, classics, and timeless…
