My family & I recently moved to NYC. Our older children don’t go to the local schools. We’re wondering how to meet local families & neighbors? Our former city had street and neighborhood WhatsApp groups as well as several neighborhood street get togethers per year. Also, our children went to the local elementary school which of course made it super easy to meet people in the community.
I’m looking online and most meetups and gatherings seem to be for younger people in their 20s & early 30s. Am I that old? 😆 But maybe I’m not looking correctly! Anyone have any ideas?
