I’m a college student, and in between work and school, I get too exhausted to cook, so I either starve, make myself a small snack, or get delivery, end up not liking it and eating only three bites. As you can imagine, my diet is horrendous, and I don’t get enough nutrients. I want to try to change that, especially because it’s messing with my energy levels. However, when I do get groceries in the attempt to cook, they tend to rot, since I’m either not home enough or op for delivery more often than not, even though I get small amounts of groceries.
So two questions: 1) Is there a better way to store my groceries so that they don’t rot (e.g peppers, tomatoes, potatoes, fruits, etc). 2) Would it be more cost-efficient to get a meal plan? If so, are there any recommendations for a balanced nutritious plan?
