Where can I find a bucket of cheese balls?

I will be visiting this weekend (from Europe) and I need to find one of those buckets with a dark blue lid filled with cheese balls, like the one they have in The Office when they're throwing them in each other's mouths. Is this something you typically find in any supermarket or do I have to find a big Walmart or something? Do they even have those in the city or only in suburbs? I'm staying near Newark airport if that helps.

If anyone knows how much I would be paying for it, that would be helpful too. I hope it's under 10 dollars.
