Hi all,
Flying into NYC next week from London, landing at 7pm so going to go hotel, see times square to tick that off then grab some pizza at Joe's then maybe grab some sleep 10ish.
Next day, we had planned to go up to central park and chill around there, maybe go in the met and maybe go up top of the rock, go on the Roosevelt tramway then hit a bar.
But looking at our itinerary, we have a few days later on our wedding anniversary getting up early at 6 to go see sunrise at Brooklyn bridge, going into Dumbo, grab some bakery breakfast then chill around some pubs before heading back over and freshening up before hitting a bar and dinner.
Just thinking now though, would it make more sense to do the early start on our first day, seeing as we're going to sleep early? Or would it make sense to get as much rest as poss as with jet lag not sure a 11pm-5 sleep will help us first day.
Let me know! Will probably post more details on itinerary next couple days once nailed details down. What will help in mean time as bonus questions: is it worth spending the time going to see lady liberty and going to the pedestal? or is the free ferry enough.
Thanks!
