So i wound up planning to book an over night stay in long island. long story my phone died, and i had to book an uber back home. So I wound up not staying at the hotel , i paid $352.
They have this language in the email " 100% of the total cost is non-refundable, non-transferable and no changing the reservation arrival or departure date upon making a reservation. "
Which i know that means the hotel would not want to give the money back. But i noticed that they give pdf document with a Guest statment
I'm assuming when you at the hotel they are going to have you sign the payment authorization form in person. so that they have legal document of your signature recognizing that you agree to pay the hotel.
Being that i didn't sign in there any way i can back out of it, and get my money back. This particular hotel is not a namebrand hotel on very secluded area.
Edit: I took my imgur link down i thought i crossed off all sensitive information.
