Advice needed: Re-renting my apartment to get out of lease
Post Body

we just renewed out ourlease but an opportunity came up and we are applying to purchase a co-op that should close this winter. Tye management company did not provide us a way to break the lease but they offered to lost the apartment for re-renting. Iā€™m concerned it might not rent during the winter and that they might lost it for mare than it is worth.

Any tips on getting it rented quickly or dealing with the management company? Should we offer incentives or try negotiating?
