Hi everyone,
I've been noticing a trend where old office buildings that are struggling—often due to their dilapidated state and the rise of remote/hybrid work post-pandemic—are being bought by developers and converted into housing. This trend has recently caught my interest, and I’d like to dive deeper into it.
I’m specifically interested in learning about properties that developers might be eyeing for these conversions, such as outdated office buildings or those that aren’t performing well as offices anymore. Ideally, I’d like to get a sense of these properties even before they come to developers' attention.
Does anyone have advice on how to find and learn about these types of properties? Are there any resources or tools that I might be missing? I’d really appreciate any guidance or suggestions!
Thanks in advance!
