NYC Physical Therapist Rec for skiing injury to knees? Must take aetna+be in queens (or off the E/F line in Manhattan)
Post Body

Background: Middle aged dude, mildly unfit advanced skier.

Knees felt janky last winter. Had some MRI after knee pain and instability in squats, along with mild unexplained pain at back of knees when walking/sitting.

One knee: oblique tear of the posterior horn of the medial meniscus with a tiny parameniscal cyst. There is mild mucoid degeneration of the posterior cruciate ligament.

Other knee: a complex tear of the posterior horn of the medial meniscus. Full-thickness patellar chondral fissure.

Ortho recommends PT for injury.

PT must:i) Take Aetna POS insurance ii) Is Familiar with Skiing-related PT iii)ideally is in Queens - or manhattan on E/F line.

Anyone have a PT to recommend?
