I’m looking to find a bar for an event for 50-70 people for a holiday party (a bit early but better now than late) for a non-profit I’m a part of.

Currently, I’m trying to find one that can provide two things:

1. The ability to offer one complimentary drink (paid beforehand by us, obviously), but cash bar for the rest of the night.

2. A semi-private or private space for a group of our size.

The problem I keep running into is that the bars I’m reaching out are very adamant on pushing their open bar packages if they want space reserved, and our non-profit can’t really afford it.

Do you have any suggestions for places? Any spots in Manhattan or Downtown BK or Williamsburg are welcomed (our offices are based out of Manhattan).
