Cocktail bars where you can meet new people

Hi! I've been to quite a few bars, alone or with friends, and I notice that in most places I've been to, it's really difficult to just chill at the bar and talk with strangers. So far, my best experiences have been at Dutch Kills and Employees Only. What other cocktail bars are there that can provide me with this experience that isn't a hotel bar? Not really particular with the location.
