Restaurant recommendations for restaurant week?

My friends and I went to Empire Steak House. It was our first time visiting a restaurant featured in restaurant week. Any recommendations for somewhere nice in Manhattan? Steakhouses and seafood spots preferred!

Addictive NYC. It’s a tapas restaurant with a prix-fixe menu that’s very affordable for the area. My friend had their mussels and loved them. I love their salmon.

It’s a really cute restaurant with nice decor and dim lighting. They also take reservations but I’ve found they’re pretty quiet before 6pm.
