Areas to avoid in Hell’s Kitchen?

I’m looking at a few units throughout Manhattan and will likely pick somewhere in HK. I’m not able to tour places in person for a couple of weeks but in case I see a good deal before then, I’m wondering if there are any parts/streets you’d recommend avoiding? I know it can be busy, noisy. Mostly just focused on safety concerns that wouldn’t come up in a virtual showing. Thanks!
