Help me plan the perfect friends to lovers date

I made a friend in college whom I instantly clicked with. We went from coworkers to best friends in a day. Last year, they graduated and moved to the other end of the continent for work. The last day we spent together, we were both sad about the situation and shared a kiss.

However, they’re visiting me for Christmas and new years and to celebrate my graduation. They’re here for five days. One of those days, we want to spend all day outside doing dumb cliche shit.

Here’s what I have in mind; - start off with a croissant and coffee in Brooklyn heights - go to brooklyn museum since they’ve never been there before - walk around prospect park afterwards - walk over to ginger’s bar and share a drink

I need something for the evening. We’re fans of Asian food, ramen would be great, and then I need a pub/speakeasy to lounge in, talk, and sip drinks. And finally, a place to visit at night before we finally head back home. Both of us are in well-paying jobs so money is no object.
