I am about to take my real estate exam and was wondering what I should do about forming an LLC. NY State has a bizarre publication rule that I must pay a lot of money to some bogus publisher to post about me forming an LLC.
Are there any benefits at the city or state level to having a NY LLC? I should mention that I will be licensed in NJ first but am going to get my NY license as well. I will also be working some 1099 roles to keep afloat while I build myself up. Thanks!
P.S. Any solid banks you recommend for biz checking accounts and or high interest saving account for my personal earnings? Cheers
