Why are coliving apartments still a thing and how is it even legal
Post Body
I posted about a coliving company last month about how in my lease it said I had no tenant rights. These companies are crazy exploitative they have the "community managers" come into your room when you're not home and take things out. They constantly violate peoples tenant rights. My question is how are they still up and running now a day. Why is it possible for multiple people to come into the apartment unannounced that are not even the landlords.
Comments
Not only that but theyโre listing rooms for 2k when other rooms in the building that are not part of the coliving company are 800 a room.
