I’ve struggled with my weight for most of my life. I was quite overweight for awhile, but lost a good amount in the last year or so, and I’m now right on the edge of what’s generally considered a “healthy weight” and “overweight” for a male at 6’2 190 lbs. My concern is that most of that weight is in my belly, and I’ve heard its common to gain weight on HRT, and I’m already pretty self conscious about that beer gut, and imagine would be even moreso once I’m feminine presenting if it’s still there. So would I be better off trying to lose 10-20 lbs before starting HRT?
