HRT boost

So i've been given a boost in my HRT prescription by GenderGP.

I was on 5MG Finasteride .25mg Spiro and 2mg E. they have now agreed to .50mg spiro and 4mg E and fina but they said to split the E to 2mg in the morning and 2mg in the evening. would it be less effective if i took all 4mg in the morning?
