So I'm 22, mtf, and 21 months on Estrogen. I switched to injections (0.3 ml of 20mg/ml weekly) back in September, and have been steadily lowering my spiro dose.

At my last appointment in January I went down to 50mg/day of Spiro after having gotten great results from being at 100mg/day. I started noticing masculinizing effects in March (greasy skin, higher sex drive, more ejaculate) and around mid-April I went back up to 100mg/day. About two weeks ago, these effects finally went away but my most recent lab results don't reflect that at all.

I got my blood work done last Thursday, the day after my injection, and my testosterone went from undetectable to 519ng/dl (higher than my levels pre-hormones) while my estrogen is at 96pg/ml.

How concerning is this, and what could be causing it? I'm wondering if I'm just not injecting properly, or if lowering my spiro dose too early totally reset my progress.

Update: Since switching to new needles about 3 months ago, I got confused by the notches on the side and have been injecting 0.03 mls, not 0.3. I'm so fucking stupid.
