I'm 23 mtf and started getting hrt from an informed consent planned parenthood clinic 7 months ago. I'm currently taking 2mg Estradiol sublingually and 50mg Spiro, both twice a day. My T is at 37 ng/dL and my E is at 47.6 pg/ml. I've heard good things about progesterone especially for sex drive(mine is super low now) and finasteride, so I plan on asking my endo about them next appointment. My endo said my levels are good and didn't want to change anything. I have gotten a lot of changes, and my breasts have grown a pretty good amount. So far the changes have been great, I just want to make sure my transition goes as smoothly as possible. Any recommendations or advice would be greatly appreciated.
