should I even continue spiro?
Post Body

I have yet to get a blood test showing my hormones but I've been on 0.05 mg estradiol patches along with 100 mg of spiro a day since early November. I've been fine adjusting until recently when I've been really reliant on caffeine to do stuff (mixed results in terms of productivity) but I haven't been keeping up with water so I had a bad episode of a dehydrated caffeine incident that led to me in the hospital in fear of a seizure. Blood test there came back fine but I've yet to drink high amounts of caffeine and rehydrating myself (including pedialyte and liquid iv).

I have felt fine this week, even from drinking green tea, until I drank a coffee protein shake yesterday. I started feeling very dehydrated and drank as much water/pedialyte/liquid iv to help myself. It could've been low blood pressure since (tmi) I masturbated using a vibrator wand and felt better lol (increased blood pressure). I feel better today but I did a little sip of the coffee shake and I still feel a bit weird.

I stopped taking the spiro yesterday. I honestly haven't been feeling the results with breast bud formation, I can't even find my pills or have ran out. Also, my endocrinologist, while reachable (takes a few days on mychart), is 40-50 miles away and the university clinic I go to don't have endocrinology because of no replacement.

What do I do?
