Why would they delete an account someone else logs in from in my phone

My brother uses reddit from my phone and these idiots deleted the account and banned mine for subreddit evasion. Upon appeal all we got was a generic response, no proof no nothing. How is this bullshit allowed. Who is there to talk to to resolve this. It’s absolutely absurd and disgusting behavior. They can not determine which person was doing what on a device and simply banning everything associated is not an acceptable or appropriate policy this is disgusting.
