Just found out that I’m pregnant. I (37) have been casually seeing him (36) for about 7 months. We initially hooked up on Tinder for a one and done, but still see each other 1-2/month. He has no children but, in general, is open to the possibility (this is not to indicate that that includes me). I have a preteen from a previous engagement.
This was the first time we messed up during sex (not pulling out). I took the morning after pill six hours later, but here we are. While I really like him, we aren’t in a relationship. I’ll be damned if I become a stereotype and have two children by two different men (neither of whom I am in a relationship with), so I am strongly considering an abortion.
Is there any benefit of him knowing that I’m going to have one? While I’ve basically made up my mind, the decision is still an emotional one, and I don’t see the point of putting him through this strife, too.
