I’m 33yo. After years of having to put college on hold, I finally graduated December 2018
Due to being stuck in a lease plus not finding a job that I wanted in time, I had to stay at my current job after graduating and then later Covid happened
Most of my friends have found a career & doing well financially. I am still living paycheck to paycheck and I’m still working for a company with too many negatives for me to stay. if your finances were bad and you were working somewhere and content on leaving, how did you find your way to something better? I haven’t had luck with networking in groups I’ve found. I don’t want to continue being in my 30s single, financial unstable, jumping from job to job, going nowhere getting nowhere. 🥺☹️
I’m needing help determining what job roles or specific career industries I should start focusing my job search on. I’ve always wanted to do preproduction or video production in tv/film industry but I want something full time which is not the norm in that industry. Is there anything similar to tv/film production or video production I could look into? Are there headhunters or other job recruiting specialist that could review my work experience and interests to determine what jobs may be a good fit for me?
