After my parents passed the holidays have become such a struggle

I guess the title says it all. I lost my first parent in 2017 and the second one in 2019. The holidays have just not been the same since. I get some downtime during the holidays which is nice but otherwise I just try and keep my head down and get through it. Anyone else struggling this holiday season?
