My friend who is a female shared with me about her doctor visit than she brought up about getting a physical. When she said that it brought memories of getting a physical when I was in middle school but that was the last time!

She encourage me to go get one but when I had a jock itch in my early 30’s. I just remember the uncomfortable experience from the doctor and me. For example, I told him what the symptoms and where it was located. He said I can prescribe an ointment for you but I said,

“ Do you want to see it?”

If you want to show me?

After that it was this uncomfortable moment like he didn’t want to see it than I express do guys my age usually come in for a physical. He said no not really. You are health.

So I haven’t been to a doctor since is this normal?
