I guess this is an aspect of my life which I’m really bad at. I have tried going to bed and sleeping early, but it hasn’t work yet.
In the morning, I just don’t leave my bed till it’s almost 8 am. I get ready and leave and I’m at my desk “shamelessly” by 9:20 am, I should be there by 9 ideally. Covid has made me so entitled that I’m coming to office and using the workplace, so they should be grateful.
I am also not working out at all. And I know it’s going to have ill effects on me sooner or later. I know that this is wrong and it has to change. But in the morning, I’m so deep in my sleep I find it very difficult to process my thoughts get out of bed. Any advise?
