Initially when we just started dating he told me that he only wanted sex and wanted us to be exclusive sex partners. I agreed. But this weekend has got me confused. I don't want to ask him because 1) yes I do like him 2) I'm not ready to say goodbye if things go south 3) I only want serious stuff, not interested in just stopping at being bf/gf.

This weekend has been the third weekend in a row that we spend a night together. Two weeks ago he had his 1st sleepover at my place; last weekend we got away to the countryside; this weekend he slept over again Saturday night.

Friday he said he wanted to see me during the weekend and asked me when will I be free. I said Saturday morning I'd go do this activity. He said he's keen if I'm not going with friends. I said I'm going alone, why do you want to come? He said better to go with someone, right? To share memory? So he joined me for the activity yesterday morning.

During the brunch after the activity I asked him to describe me in three words, he said energetic, positive, and sexy. (I think these are superficial words.... so I don't think he's taken time to know me!).

He told me some stuff about the most important person in his life (a family member).

In the afternoon we went to see some transportable houses for him. Then we went hanging out at his place for the first time (his flatmates are not home) had a bit of food, played some board games, and had sex at his place for the 1st time. After sex, I was looking for something to put on. He's like "do you want a boyfriend t-shirt"? then pulled out one of his for me. I didn't say anything because I thought the word slipped out by accident.

Later on, we went to a park, took a walk, and watched the sunset.... spent about 2.5 hours in the park? Took some nice photos of the scenery and also a few kissing selfies... (well we had one kissing selfie in the past and later on he told me he didn't want a relationship)

Went back to my place, watched a boring movie, had sex, sleep.

This morning during coffee he suggested we should go hit some open homes.... we both want to buy properties in the near future but he'd be closer than I am. So we went on to see some properties. During the lunch break from the viewings, he asked me "can you think of some funny silly names for a coffee shop?" I came up with a goofy one..... then he's like "haha that's lame" and then he said a word in a foreign language. I asked what's that? He said that means boyfriend in that language. I was really confused, so I said "so is there any cafe named after 'boyfriend'?" Then he paused and thought and eventually said "I've heard some sort of Single's Cafe".

The restaurant is called "Love xxx Bar", and has a romantically decorated wall with the name "Love xxx Bar" for photos. As soon as we walked in he was like "wow we should take selfies so we can post on social media". (We don't follow have each other's social media!) After lunch I said we need to take photos so we took photos for each other and got someone to take full photos for us... he had his arm around my back in our photos together.

During viewings, all the agents thought we were a couple. They would ask standard questions i.e. what's your purpose? The first few houses we went to, he'd say that he would live in there; then later on he just went along with the assumption and said "we'd move in for a bit then eventually become an investment".

I think the signals are really mixed here. Two times "boyfriend" in two days?! And doing the actual couple-things together?!
