I'm new to reddit so please be patient as I don't know how to fully utilize it or not sure it this is the right place to post this.
I'm a mid 20s male that, to basically put it, gets nervous when doing the deed. I literally feel my heartbeat before and during, and my mind races which I can't concentrate and be in the moment for it. Unfortunately, I don't get to enjoy it nor do I tend to last long. I have used a desensitizer but that barely helps any. I'm not sure if this would be performance anxiety or something but I don't what to do to help myself. Feel free to ask questions since I'm not able to fully explain or I'm missing information to give.
