I am in a weird spot with my ex. It’s officially, completely over. Nail in the coffin, no more back and forth, I see it feels better to let go than allow myself to keep bleeding holding on. I’m not over him by ANY means. But I see how much better I feel just weeks after the realization this is less painful. Here’s the sticky spot. I have a TON of pictures of my ex with people of importance to me. Some who have passed, some of my children, some of lost pets, etc.
As a potential partner to a person, when does that become a red flag? If brought up should I say I haven’t deleted it because of this family member? Or would you say no dating or anything until I’m ready to delete them? I don’t want to come off as still attached when it’s time to date again, but this last hurdle is a hard one.
