Tips on what to do before, during, and after moving out?

I'm 20, gonna be 21 later this year and around that time I will be moving out from my parents house for the first time. I'm not to sure what all I need to do to prepare, or what to expect from moving out on my own. Anyone got any tips, or stories from your experience that may help?
