This is in no way shaming anyone for not being into fitness or who don't like exercising, it's just something I genuinely wondered about others today while I was daydreaming.
For me, lately I haven't been exercising because I've started getting really dizzy and nauseas after just 5 minutes of any kind of physical activity involving strain, so I'm taking a break in the hopes that my drive and tolerance will return soon
Edit: I'd like to hear from the girls too! I couldn't find the right wording for the title, so I just went with "Guys"
Well I do some times but Iām really really inconsistent. Iām still trying to find a good routine.
I have a toddler which I get broken sleep most nights, wake up too late to train and now i gotta go make breaky and go to work, after work I get home about 10;10 pm and Iām tired and go straight to bed even worse I got a good set up just in my garage.
Life is kicking my ass
Before everything I went almost every day or night, every morning without a fail or after work.
