How do you feel fulfilled?

So pretext to this, I have a job, house (rented), I have friends, I get dates every now and then, I enjoy a lot of things, albeit most of them are related to alcohol
I just want to know what it'll take for me to eventually say 'yes, I want this'
I don't want to wait for something to happen, to make that happen but I don't know how to do it
So lads, how do you maintain your motivation?
