How do I mentally deal with getting kicked out at 18?
Post Body

I’m a senior in high school and my mom kicked me out about a month ago. It wasn’t one sided and it was both our faults. I’ve been staying at girlfriend’s and best friend’s house in the meantime and I’m moving in with a family friend soon for the next couple months until I get into my college dorm in the fall. I have all the necessities to live and my mom still gives me around $100 every week and a half to two weeks. Mentally it’s been really tough especially since I had to leave my younger brother who is basically my best friend. I want to go back home but both my mom and I agreed not living in the house together is the best for all parties involved. My dad abandoned us when I was a baby and now it feels like my mom is pushing me away too. It’s been a real struggle and every night not home hurts. Any advice or tips or anything that could help me get thru this tough time?

EDIT: it doesn’t just have to be mental advice, any advice would help
