Why are US men so against being naked with each other?

I’ve noticed that a majority of US men are so adverse to being naked around each other. Whether it’s in the locker room, a spa, or even at home.
I’ve spent a lot of time in Asian and European cultures and they have many gatherings where men are nude with each other. Asian bathhouses, European saunas, hanging out in locker rooms after sport. Why are Americans so adverse and how can we change it?
