How do you handle being overwhelmed with affection?

I'd like to know how others have dealt with the type of situation where a girl you like is overwhelming you with too much affection, e.g.: "I'm so lucky to have you:" "you're so amazing I don't deserve a guy like you;" "I think about you all the time;" constant texting; constant calls; offering sexual favors she doesn't enjoy; and frequent gifts. Compound this with someone who turns out to be lonely and separate geographically from family.
