Here's the deal, I just moved into new apartment with few other students.

The problem is following -- they don't/rarely clean after themselves. Usually after cooking they leave it unwashed, banana remains on the floor and that sort of stuff. One time they left a stove on after cooking and went watching television. (It's electric stove, but still).

I don't have a lot in common with them, and most of their time in the house they listen to music or watch TV. (I listen to different kind of music and find TV boring).

During evening we frequent different types of places too.

I'm foreign exchange student and some flatmates are local, some are also international.

What are my options beside going to landlady, since I don't want to be "that guy"?

When talking to them they don't seem to acknowledge it to be honest and I feel like I'm bothering them with it. Moving out is not an option.
