Men in open relationships, my gf of 6 months is proposing it and I can't get the sickening feeling out of gut. Help
Post Body

Did you get that feeling at first? Did she? How was it brought up? From what she tells me, she feels the strong need to be able to freely express herself when she meets someone that she makes a genuine connection with.

This makes me feel like I'm not giving her what she needs emotionally. She says that's not the case, but it's just difficult for me to understand.

I want to be open to the idea and to be able to have a mutually satisfying relationship, but I need some advice and insight for me to understand.

Edit: Jesus, what's with all the downvoting?? Really mod? Don't exclude ppl trying to "help" me?
