Men who lost a significant amount of weight, what helped you / motivated you when it got hard?
Post Body
I'm in the process of trying to lose 60 pounds. I went from 180 to 245 during the pandemic and haven't really felt like "myself" since. It feels very isolating to be fat and not be where I want to be. I wish there was a community of men I could go through this with together.
But main question is: what has helped you with being patient / when it gets hard? It takes a really long time to lose weight, even with a really good calorie deficiency. This sucks.
