I’ve always struggled with balancing my personal time, work commitments, and maintaining healthy relationships. Between long work hours, trying to keep up with personal goals, and spending time with friends and family, I often find myself feeling overwhelmed or guilty for not giving enough attention to one area.
For me, I try to set boundaries—like avoiding work emails after a certain time and scheduling personal activities during the week. But even then, there’s always something that seems to take up time, and I often find myself stretched too thin. I also try to make time for exercise and hobbies, but it’s hard to keep a consistent routine when life gets busy.
How do other men manage this balance? Do you have routines or strategies to make sure you’re present for work, personal growth, and relationships? How do you avoid burnout or feeling like you’re neglecting one area of your life?
