I’ve been thinking a lot about emotional vulnerability and how it plays a role in relationships. It seems like there’s this stigma around men showing too much emotion or being too open, especially in romantic relationships. I’m wondering how men navigate this balance—how do you open up emotionally without feeling like you’re being too needy or weak? Do you find it difficult to express your feelings, and if so, what strategies have helped you overcome that? I’d love to hear your thoughts and experiences.
