(I just want to put a tone disclaimer: Iām not being rude, Iām autistic and idk how to make this sound less blunt, but this is entirely sincere.)
The only times Iāve ever really seen people discuss these issues is as a ārebuttalā to feminist discussions. AKA āyour issues donāt matter because men have issues too.ā
It is inappropriate to make womenās rights discussions about men; but menās issues matter too, I just rarely see them discussed outside of feminism. (Edit to clarify; Iām not trying to suggest that this all men, just that as this is all Iāve seen personally, itās hard for me to get the full picture, hence me bringing the discussion to a male space.)
So Iām here because I really want to hear you; big or small, please tell me about the hardships you face or have faced in your life as a man, and what I can do as a woman to be a more supportive friend / family member / coworker to the men around me.
