For guys in their 30s, what’s the best way for a woman to approach dating you?

Post Body
What do you appreciate most in the early stages whether it’s how she communicates, plans dates, or shows interest?
I’ve dated men in their 30s, but it seems like things often fizzle out before I can fully show my true self. I’m more introverted and tend to match their pace to avoid putting any pressure. I’m not in a rush to get into a relationship or become exclusive, but I’d love to get a better understanding of how to approach things so I don’t keep running into the same issue.
