I a 28M have officially established that I’ll die alone without friends, a wife or children. I asked out this girl today and she was officially the 500th girl in a row to say:”Sorry but I’m not interested in dating right now.” Which we all know is BS, it means:”I’m interested, just not in you.” I don’t have any friends, family or dating life.
About a month ago I decided to stop caring whether people wanted to be with me or not. Whether people ghosted me or shut me out or if women didn’t want to date me. I’ve stopped caring and my life became peaceful. I finally found peace and tranquility. This girl was through a natural way; she is working at this company that I just resigned from and left.
So I’ve accepted my fate and decided not to keep torturing myself. But I’m young, I have time and energy on my side. I work from home, got a wonderful Cat and go to the Gym 2x a Day for 5x a Week to keep me distracted. I got lots of hobbies and interest. I travel a lot and work on myself everyday. But I do this for myself and not for anyone else. I’ve got everything a man could want. Height, Looks, Money, Career, Security etc. So I don’t need any relationships or anything. I recently realized I don’t need anyone, I like the freedom and flexibility I have now. So I don’t want to pursue anything and get hurt. Best to let sleeping dogs lie.
But I know I won’t always have this youth and energy on my side. Hence why I’m asking, how do you deal with it being older? Like how do you navigate through life not meeting people or having any friends, family and relationships?
Edit: Don’t understand why I’m being attacked and about the rejection rates and such. I didn’t come here to ask about advice on how I can find a woman. My post says:”How to be happy being single and alone at an old age?” Can we stay on topic?
